All Items are located in the UK.
Payment
Payment is due within 7 days of auction end.
Items are sent when payment has cleared.
We prefer paypal. We only accept Pay Pal from non UK bidders, that is, all International transactions.
eCheque payments. When you send money with an eCheque from a UK bank account, the transaction is held as pending for seven to nine working days, until the electronic funds transfer clears your bank. Sometimes it does not. To avoid using paypal eCheques payments use a credit card with up to date details and the entire PayPal balance has to be withdrawn from your account before you can make a credit card funded payment.
Do not bid if you do not intend to pay, or do not have the means to pay.
Please complete check out so that we know payment is on it's way, unless you buy multiple items or are outside of the UK. Then please wait for us to calculate the shipping cost for your item.
Multiple items or items totalling more than £20 will require more insurance eg Special Delivery in the UK.
Item will be posted once payment has cleared.
Cheque and Postal Order Payments must have the auction number & eBay ID included with the cheque, or a copy of the "Item won" email enclosed with your payment. Postal payments made without sufficient information supplied can be severely delayed.

Postage
Items are only posted to your paypal address.
Items are posted when payment has cleared.
Items are usually dispatched within 24hrs except weekends or bank holidays which will usually be posted on the next working day.
We recommended Special Delivery for the UK, and is mandatory for items totalling more than £20.
If you are not in the UK please contact us first for the postage cost.
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE includes tracking and insurance which is the at the following rates + standard airmail. If package is over £20 an extra £1.50 is charged to cover the extra insurance.
- Airsure is £4.20 + standard airmail, only available to a few destinations.
- International signedfor is £3.50 + standard airmail.
Every chance must be given for Royal Mail to deliver the item especially busy periods such as Christmas.
Please allow at least 15 working days (three weeks) for deliveries to arrive, Even First Class mail can be delayed.
Please allow at least 20 working days for International sales.
IMPORTANT: For items that have been damaged in post, you must keep all packaging.
Please contact us through 'ask seller a question' the day it arrives to report a damaged delivery.
Returns

All goods are sent clean and in good condition and must be returned in the same condition.
Items must be returned within 7 Days of receipt.
Buyer pays all postage costs unless the item is faulty, in which case we will pay our return postage.
We will only accept returned items with a (Return Merchandise Authorization) RMA number via special delivery -- on certain items we may, at our discretion, give the option to use an another insured / trackable delivery method.
You will get the RMA number and details by email after contacting us through 'ask seller a question'.
Non-faulty, opened or unwanted items will incur a restocking fee of 15% if refunded.
In the unlikely event of discovering a fault on delivery, that we have missed, please contact us as soon as possible and certainly within 28 days.
ThreadABead is not responsible for any lost items when returning defective goods or items not returned in accordance with the following terms:
- We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning defective merchandise.
- Merchandise should be properly packed and insured with the carrier for the full amount of purchase.
- Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.
Buyer Feedback
In the rare case of the buyer being unhappy with their purchase please give us the opportunity to resolve any issues before leaving negative feedback.
Our feedback is submitted upon receiving the buyers positive comments.
When buyers fail to pay for their item, we will initiate eBay's Non Paying Bidder process which may lead to the buyers suspension from eBay and negative feedback left. |
