|A:We will replace/refund damaged items at our expense.
We will accept other returns for any other reason at buyer's postage expense - both within 7 days of receipt.

|A:Yes, we do as much as possible.
Please make your purchases and then email us before paying - we will send you an amended invoice.

|Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?|
|A:As mentioned above there are the guidelines from the Royal Mail. We are sorry but we cannot help with pinpointing any delays once the item has been posted. The only alternative is a trackable method of delivery, but this is at additional expense - please note that use of this option abroad is prohibitively expensive.|
|Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?|
|A:This is clearly stated beside the item listing.
Please bear in mind that this covers not just postage but also handling and packing - some items require a lot of packing.

|Q:Do you ship internationally?|
|A:Yes, we ship worldwide except for very heavy or bulky items which are impracticable.|
|Q:What methods of payment do you accept?|
|A:We accept PayPal (preferred), credit only through PayPal, postal orders, direct bank transfers (buyer is liable for any additional costs which from abroad can be considerable) and personal cheques (these take a minimum of 5 days to clear).
You will receive an email once your payment has been received.|
|Q:What if I want more information about an item?|

Please include the item number or we will be unable to answer your query.
We are sorry but requests for additional photographs cannot be accommodated as the extra workload makes this impracticable.|
|Q:Do you offer insurance?|
|A:Yes we do, and this is recommended on all packets over £32 value, as the Royal Mail will only make recompense to this amount.
Cost is about £1 per £100 value and is at buyer's expense.|
|Q:Are your items new?|
|A:Yes, all items are brand new.|
|Q:Are your items fair trade?|
|A:Yes they are, although we are not registered owing to the cost and amount of paperwork involved.
All items are bought from small producers, most are handmade and the benefit of trade is passed on directly to the producers with no middle-man.
Because of this there may be considerable variation between items - remember this is part of their charm!|
