We are sorry to inform you that we have A BIG PROBLEM with our mail carrier USPS. And we are forced to put the store on hold before problem fixed.
USPS have LOST over 1,000 PCS of our mails (your orders) recently after they picked up the mails from us. These mails include most of your orders placed on Jan 12th, 20th or 22nd. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience by mistake of USPS, and we will try our best to correct the problem ASAP.
For the missing orders placed on Jan 12th, we have shipped out new ones on Jan 22nd, so you should be getting them soon. As for missing orders from Jan 20th and 22nd or other dates, we are planning to send out replacements soon if not progress with USPS.
And in case you ended up getting 2 packages from us (one previously missing), please refuse the later one so it can be returned back. Thank you!
