Shipping Policy

Shipping fee:

Shipping fee is specified for each ad, go to tab "shipping and payment", and select your country from the drop down menu, you will get the shipping rate for your country.

It will cost extra buyer resides outside of lower 48 states for certain items, buyers from HI, AR, PR, please contact us first before purchase.

We feel we charge a reasonable shipping fee for each item (we do charge a small handling fee on top of the actual carrier's shipping cost to cover shipping material fee, label fee,processing fee), please don't bid on our items if you feel we overcharge customers for shipping. It is NOT our practice to lower the product price and overstate shipping to lure customers.

For multiple items package, please request for total before payment, so you can get accurate shipping fee.

After the transaction is completed, if you still feel you overpaid for shipping fee, please contact us before leaving us low DSR score (1-2 stars), so we can explain to you how the shipping fee is calculated and correct the error if shipping is miscalculated.

Shipping address:

(1) If you pay by paypal, the shipping address is the one on the paypal transaction detail page , this is the address you selected during ebay checkout. Please be aware that we only can ship to this address in order to be eligible paypal's seller protection policy, we can NOT ship to any address other than that, if you discover that you provide us an incorrect address, please email us immediately, we will refund you for the payment, and you will have to update your paypal address and select "send money" -->" pay for an ebay item", our paypal email address is alphamotoco@gmail.com, Please do not "buy it now" from ebay again, it will cause you buy 2 items, and only pay for 1 item, which ultimately will trigger upaid dispute.

(2.) This item MUST be shipped to the country your Paypal account is registered in. If your Paypal account is INTERNATIONAL (not registered within the US, Canada included), we can't have this item shipped to a US address.

(3.) We use either USPS or UPS, please make sure the address your provide is deliverable by both carriers, If you send a payment with an undeliverable address on it, and the item gets returned to us by the post office, you will be required to pay for the cost of reshipment of the item, so double check your address on the payment before you send the payment.

Combine shipping:
We do combine shipping for all items be purchased within 3 days. If you are buying multiple items from us, do NOT pay after each "buy it now", please pay after you "buy it now" for all the items you plan to buy, then request total after your purchase.

International shipping:

1. Countries we ship to are: Canada, Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France,Germany,Greece,Iceland, Ireland, Japan,Netherland, New zealand,Norway,Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

2.International buyer, important information! please read:
Import duties, taxes and charges (typically collected upon delivery or pickup) are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office prior to bidding/buying to determine what these additional costs will be.
please don't request us to mark down the product value or mark it as gift as it' s against Federal Law. All such requests will be ignored.

For insurance purpose, the shipping fee might be added to the product valve on the customs form.

Tracking info:
Pls note you don't need to email us asking for tracking no, the tracking number has been updated in your ebay transaction, please log on your ebay account, then go to "summary"-->"buy"-->"won", you will see a summary of your recent purchase history, and the tracking no is attached under this purchase transaction.

Delivery time:
For domestic shipments, if your item is shipped via USPS, expect to receive the package within 2-3 days after you receive the shipping notification email; if your item is shipped via UPS, you will receive the package within 2-7 days after you receive the shipping notification email.
For overseas shipments, due to customs inspection, it will take up to 2-3 weeks to receive package after you are sent the shipping notification email.
