 Q: Can I pick up the item locally?
  A: Sorry, we are mail order only

  A: Yes, all our items are new, unless otherwise specified.
 Q: can you please inform me when payment is recived and item is shipped
  A: Pls note you will receive emails directly from ebay after you make the payment and your order is being processed, the tracking number will be provided in the email body , and you can also check your tracking no by log on your ebay account, click on "summary"--> "won"--> transactions detail.
 Q: Can I pay by credit card?
  A: yes, we accept credit card payment.
 Q: Can I pay by money order?
  A: No, you we don't accept money order, all orders must be paid by paypal or credit card through paypal.
 Q: Do you combine shipping.
  A: We do combine shipping for all items be purchased within 3 days. pls click on "request total from seller" during checkout and wait for your combine shipping invoice.
 Q: How much is the shipping fee?
  A: Please note the shipping fee is specified in the ad for each item, there are three tabs for each list "description" /"shipping and payment"/"buying tip", pls click on "shipping and payment", there is a drop down listing besides "change country", select your country from the drop down list, and you will get the shipping rate.
 Q: What is my tracking no?
  A: The tracking number has been updated in your ebay transaction, please log on your ebay account,then go to "summary"-->"buy"-->"won", you will see the summary of your recent purchase history, and the tracking no is attached under this transaction. PLEASE AT LEAST WAIT FOR 24-48 HOURS TO CHECK THE TRACKING NO. ONLINE.
 Q: Can you ship to another address?
  A: we can't ship to another address, according to paypal's seller protection policy, we must ship to the shipping address displayed on the Transaction Details page. We will issue a refund to your paypal account. You can log on your paypal account,update your address,then select "send money"-> "pay for an ebay item", do not buy another item from ebay.
 Q: How do I return the item?
  A: you need to email us at "alphamotoco@gmail.com" to obtain a return authorization and instruction, return is only allowed within 14 days of receipt of the package. Item must be in original packaging and unused condition in order to be qualified for return. Return shipping fee will be at the cost of the buyer, shipping is non-refundabl
 Q: What is return address?
  A: Pls return to 1452 w horizon ridge pkwy, ste 319, Henderson, NV 89012. (Do not return the package to the address on the label, it will cause delay of your refund or loss of your package)
 Q: How will you refund me?
  A: The form of refund will be the same as your payment, if you pay us by paypal, the refund will be sent back to your paypal account with deduction of shipping fee and restocking fee, if you pay us via propay, the refund will be sent back to your credit card, it usually takes 3-5 days for the refund to be shown on your credit card statement.
 Q: How do I exchange ?
  A: the buyer must email us first to obtain authorization. the item must be in original packaging and unused condition in order to be qualified for exchange. Return shipping fee will be at the cost of the buyer, and we will send buyer a paypal invoice for reshipping fee.
 Q: I just pay for the item, can you leave feedback for me?
  A: Our feedback is automatically left for buyer when buyer makes the payment.
 Q: Can you mark the item as gift?
  A: Sorry, we can't mark down the valve or mark it as gift as it's against Federal law, all such requests will be ignored. Besides, for insurance purpose, in order to get the item properly insured for full valve in case of lost, we can't mark down the valve of the packages
 Q: How long does it take for me to receive the package
  A: For US buyers: If your package is shipped via USPS, it takes 2-3 days after you receive the tracking number; If your package is shipped via UPS, it takes 1-6 days; if your package is shipped via Fedex, it takes about 1-5 days depends on your location. For international buyers: it takes 2-4 weeks
 Q: I received USPS tracking no, but nothing shown up in the tracking information, have you shipped my package?
  A: Please be aware that the postal service does not always scan our products at point of entry,and many times there will be no tracking information until delivery. The tracking no we provide is officially only a " Delivery Confirmation". However it is a good idea to check the tracking as many times they do update information. If you don't see any info
 Q: On your listing, what does 1 day processing time means?
  A: 1 day processing time means we will process your order within one business day, it includes print label, pick pack for your order, then send your package to the shipping carrier, it doesn't mean it only takes one day for the package to get to you, it still takes several days for the shipping carrier to deliver your order.
 Q: Can I pick up locally?
  A: Sorry, we don't accept local pickups.

 Q: I accidentally purchase the item in error, what shall I do?
  A: please email us immediately,we can't just cancel the order, we will file an unpaid dispute with ebay using reason code "we mutually agree NOT to complete the transaction" after 4 days of the purchase day. You will continue to receive payment reminder automatic email, please just ignore them. Your rating will not be affected during this process.
