We value you as a customer, and it is important to us that you are completely satisfied with all of your purchases from us. For that reason, we ask that upon receipt of shipment you sign for your goods as unchecked, and then carefully inspect all merchandise for damage, just because the outside of the box is undamaged does not mean that the goods have not been damaged inside. We can then take immediate action with the carrier and arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you. TheSuperbowl operates a 14 day from date of purchase return policy.
IF YOU FIND THAT ANY PORTION OF YOUR PURCHASE HAS BEEN DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT…
Please notify us by email (superbowl@westskelstonservices.co.uk) within 24hrs of receipt. This is vitally important as we We will begin the process to have the merchandise replaced within 5 days of notification. Damaged merchandise presented for return, must be accompanied by a copy of the original shipment documentation. Please take precautions against additional damage to the merchandise you are returning. We will contact you as soon as possible with regards to collection arrangements.
IF YOU FIND THAT YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE…
If the return was not due to an error of ours (i.e. – you ordered it and then decide that you didn’t want it), you may return it and we will gladly credit your credit card, minus any shipping and handling charges. A standard handling fee of 20% of the value of product would be levied against goods returned that are found not to be faulty.
IF THE CONTENT OF YOUR DELIVERY IS NOT WHAT YOU ORDERED…
If the return was due to an error of ours (i.e. – we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), please accept our sincere apologies, We will accept full responsibility for re-shipping the right product to you. Just follow the directions for returning the product.
CONDITON OF RETURN…
Please email us superbowl@westskelstonservices.co.uk and let us know you wish return part or all of your purchase. Please explain the cause of the return. Be sure to include your name and address and the sales invoice number from the top right hand corner of the paperwork. We will notify you of the date of collection for the item – please ensure you are in when we have arranged for collection.
For undamaged items, they must be in original packing material and must include any other items that came with the purchase. The product must be received in perfect restockable condition. We reserve the right to charge up to the replacement cost of the item if it is returned damaged as a result of improper packing.
For damaged items being returned, the packing policy above applies to prevent further damage.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS ARE REPORTED TO US WITHIN 24 HRS AND WE PROMISE TO DO EVERYTHING IN OUR POWER TO FIX THE PROBLEM. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK BEFORE NOTIFYING US OF THE PROBLEM.
