1. Q: Does this DVD player have anti-skip circuitry/technology?
A: Yes the player has anti-skip protection. 3 seconds for DVD, 10 seconds for CD/VCD and 90 seconds for MP3.
2. Q: Will this player read and play video files from a USB pen drive?
A: Yes, our player can read avi files in DivX format from a USB flash memory drive or SD Card. Your USB Pen Drive should work fine.
3. Q: What amount the rotation of the display? Is it less of 180°? Is it compatible with divx and xvid files?
A: Our dvd can rotate for 180°. It is compatible with Divx and Xvid as well as.DVD. SVCD. VCD. DC. MP3.
4. Q: What's the largest volume SD card that this player can read?
A: The player can read SD Cards up to 8GB.
5. Q: Can I attach 2 ear phones to this players?
A: There is only a single earphone output on the DVD Player. However, you can purchase a splitter at your local electronics store and use it to connect 2 ear phones.
6. Q: I have a box convert from analog to digital but I don't try it yet because I look at it different from analog TV here. Can I need some cables to connect the box to it?
A: If your "analog to digital converter" has RCA type (Red, White and Yellow) outputs, you can connect it to our DVD player. This should allow you to enjoy Over the Air Digital TV on our player. RCA cables are included with our player.
7. Q: Can you tell me if the monitor of the 9 inch DVD player can turn in the back and it can stay in the back of car seat?
A: The monitor rotates 180 degrees and can be laid flat against the base in a reverse position. You can then place the player in a car mount and attach it to your headrest for backseat passenger viewing.
8. Q: How long can the battery last? And what's the screen resolution of your portable DVD players?
A: The resolution for all our DVD players is 800*480. The battery can play for 2 to 3 hours continuously after full recharge. The battery is a lithium-ion battery and is rated up to 1,000 charges.
9. Q: I was just wondering how the player is packaged? Can you show it as a gift? I would love to buy but Canada Customs charges alot for Duty Tax. Let me know! Thanks!
A: Hi, we send our item to Canada by DHL. Our item is packaged in a colorful box and then sealed with a plastic bag from DHL. Regards the duty, we always mark the item as a gift or a sample and as a lower price 20 usd. I don't think you have to pay extra duty, thanks!
10. Q: "Tried new battery in remote control - still doesn't work - can you send me a remote that actually works"
A: Please send the remote back to China so that we can check what happen with the remote control. Our control has been checked in good condition before sending. Maybe it was broken on the way. After we receive the remote control if we find it is defective, we will send a new one or help you to buy another one on Ebay, Thanks!
