If you wish to return something purchased please get in touch. We will then issue you with a returns form which carries the returns authorisation required, shipping address and the information required to successfully return something for replacement or refund.
If you feel an item you bought has been damaged then please inform us as soon as possible so we can advise of the appropriate course of action.
If you are returning a laptop or computer then it must be returned in its original condition so that means please remove any programs or software you have installed. If you choose to return something it will be so at your own cost. You are responsible for returning safely.
Refunds or replacements will only be carried out once the item has been returned and inspected by ourselves. We aim to complete refunds in a maximum of 7 working days.
