| A:Yes - all our cartridges come with the latest chips that are compatible with the latest printer models |
| Q:Do compatible cartridges cause any problems with printers? |

| A:No - our cartridges are designed to work with the printers shown in the listing. The only real difference is that you are not paying for the expensive branding! |
| Q:How quickly will you post my order? |
|
| A:Orders received before 3pm Mon-Fri (12pm on a Saturday) will usually be dispatched the same day by Royal Mail First Class. Orders received after 3pm will be sent the next working day (including Saturdays). |
| Q:How quickly will I receive my order? |
|
| A:We post every order using either Royal Mail First Class or a courier service. In both cases, orders will normally arrive the next day or the day after. If you haven't received your order within 3 days of our stated dispatch date, please contact us. |
| Q:Can I return my order? |

| A:Yes! We are so confident that you will be happy with your purchase that we offer a 100% No-Questions-Asked returns policy. As long as the items are in their original condition, return them to us for a full refund. If anything is faulty or not as described, we will also refund postage! |

| A:Yes - we sell many different multi-packs and, as you would expect, the more cartridges you buy, the better the deal. In fact, you can buy cartridges from us for less than a (s)quid! |

| Q:Why should I choose you? |

| A:Simple - we don't stock every type of cartridge but the ones we do stock are bought in very large numbers, allowing us to sell them at very low prices, particularly for the multi-pack deals. We are also adding to our range every week. We are friendly, fast and efficient and have excellent feedback. |
| Q:How do I install a cartridge? |
|
| A:Do not remove from the packaging until you are ready to install. Give it a couple of shakes, then carefully open the wrapper. Be especially careful not to touch the chip (if present) as this can affect functionality. Remove the plastic wedge if there is one & gently pull off the yellow label (if present). Install as per your printer's instructions |
| Q:Are there any other costs if I live outside Europe |

| A:As with most goods purchased on the internet, your item may attract import duty when it arrives in your country if you live outside the European Union. Please make sure you know what these charges will be before purchasing from us as we cannot be responsible for these costs. |
| Q:Can I pick my own colours? |
|
| A:Yes, of course. If you don't want the standard sets just add a note to the paypal transaction or email us immediately after you have made your purchase and tell us the combination of colours you would like and we'll do the rest. |
