| A:I will accept returns that you have contacted me about and we have both agreed that is necessary. You have your choice (depending on circumstance) of exchange, store credit or refund of purchase price. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:I will combine shipping to anywhere. Please wait to make payment till all items you wish to purchase have been noted and the shipping price calculated, invoice sent.
Same for overseas orders. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Orders are usually taken to the Post Office the morning after online instant payment is made or mailed payment is cleared. If you do not receive your order within 4 business days of my mail confirming your order has been sent, please mail me and let me know. |

| A:I will initiate an UNPAID ITEM dispute that we have BOTH agreed not to complete the transaction. When that is done, the fees that ebay have charged me for selling to you will be refunded to me, and everyone comes out good. |

| A:Of course! The shipping calculator is included in all listings. If you need it mailed express or something that is not listed, just contact me and we'll get it settled.

| Q:Do You Have To Hand Wash All Beads & Sequins? |

| A:Always best to follow the care on the label, it's not as difficult as you might think. After all how dirty are you gonna get in Chiffon & Sequins? I get a gallon container put a touch of detergent in the cool water, drop items in and go. They soak clean in a few minutes. Lightly blot witha towel and hang or lay out to dry. Takes just a few minutes. |

| A:I have found that there are multiple solutions to that tacky 'show-through' If you like support, a clear strap bra is the best. These are available on line pretty inexpensive. They are available with clear shoulder straps, clear back straps and clear front connector for just about any style sexy top. Mail me & I'll tell you the best deal. |
| Q:Boot Chains-- How do you get them on? |

| A:Most of the boot chains that I make are made to slip on over the boot. Simply fold the top of the boots and put it on the shaft. Most of the chains have a rubber cording that will help them stay in place so they do not 'roll' around your boot. Some chains have a barrel clasp. Fashion Chains are the same, the only consideration is most fashion boots |

| A:These are made to wear on the Boot Straps or Boot Pulls of Western Boots (Cowboy Boots) Decorative accents that are unique and flirty. They are made with a loop at the top, simply thread the loop through the boot strap, open it up and thread the decoration through the loop and pull it down to arrange it. Taking it off is the same. |

| A:The Invisable Bras (*gel or padded material) work if you are not going to do anything but sit & it's not hot outside. I had these and I don't use them, they fall off the minute you perspire. (We don't ever SWEAT! do we ladies?)

| A:If you don't want even that bit of line look, there are other possibilities. Pasties are the little flower or other shaped nipple covers so you can go totally bare with being totally bare. It is a pair of tape like forms that you peel and stick on your breast. Conforms totally to you. Normal support. No Padding. (this one is one of my favorites because, **YOU CAN WEAR THIS WHILE PERSPIRING! STAYS ON! |
