All items are described as accurately as possible and meticulously checked before being sent out.
In the unlikely event that something is faulty, a full refund will be given upon return of the item.
Please note - all faults must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item and all labels/tags must still be intact.
If something doesn't fit or you change your mind we can offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt of item.
Please note - we do not refund postage costs and you will be responsible for return postage. We recommend you use a recorded delivery method as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee (up to a maximum of £2.50), please understand this covers our time and costs incurred travelling to the post office etc.
