As we receive so much email our ordinary email is filtered for Spam and on occasion legitimate emails may be Spammed / Deleted.  For that reason and many other reasons outside of our control not all email sent to us arrives.  If we do not respond to a normal email it could simply be that it has not arrived or we have not seen it.
In the very unlikely event we don't respond to an important eBay message you can always contact us by phone.
