Products Shipped by Courier -

You will need to supply a street address and phone number contact before your item will be shipped. We will not send an item without a phone number. Please make sure that the address will be attended during business hours as couriers will never leave anythign unattended at a delivery address.

If you miss a delivery and organise a redelivery you may incur additional fees of which are payable by the buyer.

Every item shipped by a courier has a consignment number that can be tracked either by phone or online. We can provide this information if you request it.

Products Shipped via AusPost EParcel -

Every Eparcel is trackable online at www.auspost.com.au/track with a G7U consignment number.

You can request this number from us at checkout and we will provide it for you.

Eparcel deliveries will never be delivered to an unattended address as a signature is required upon receipt of delivery. If your goods have been attempted delivery to an unattended address they will normally be re-directed to your nearest post office. You will need ID to claim your package from a post office in this instance.

During busy holiday periods shipping services are under a lot of pressure. It may take a couple of extra days for your goods to turn up. Please take this into consideration when ordering your goods if you are planning trips.
