Who we are
We are a small professional team of enthusiastic 4wders with wide and varied professional backgrounds working in an industry we love. It is almost the perfect job...if we had a rock crawling course out behind the office that is! Hobzee...hint hint!
Our mission
We pride ourselves on providing the very best service you can get in the 4wd industry. It is our mission to get the gear you need to build your rig quickly and at an affordable price.
How we operate - Important!
We need to make it very clear that we are a broker of 4wd parts. We do not carry stock of most products!
We are not your average retail outlet. We are not an ARB or TJM store. We do not have a showroom. Not even a reception desk!
We import and stock many unique items. But of the local branded names, around 95% of the products we advertise we do not hold stock of at our warehouse. We have agreements with many suppliers both here in Australia and overseas to ship products direct from them to you. This keeps costs down and often gets you your parts quicker than it would be if we had to ship it to our location first.
From time to time our suppliers will run out of stock on certain products. We try our best to communicate constantly with suppliers and keep our online sites as up to date as possible.
This is the sequence of events that occurs from the time that you place the order to the time you receive your goods
- Order Placement with Sales- Via phone, email, eBay, website, walk in.
- Order processing - (payment required before goods are ordered with supplier or picked from stock)
- Payment Processed
- Goods Ordered from supplier or picked from shelf for shipping
- Goods processed with supplier and prepared for shipping or goods picked and packed ready for shipping at warehouse
- Shipping Method organised - AusPost Eparcel or road freight courier are our two methods of shipping.
- Items dispatched to customer
- In transit time
- Courier or AusPost employee will attempt delivery at supplied address. If no one home a card will be left to arrange re-delivery or alternative pickup. AusPost Eparcel deliveries will be left at the nearest Post Office for Pickup. Photo ID is required for pickup.
- Customer receives goods.
The above schedule of events will vary in duration from 24 hours to 20 days depending on a number of factors:
- The product purchased
- The supplier stock levels
- Your shipping location
- How you paid - paypal/credit card over phone fastest, bank deposit slowest.
- Whether you have provided us with the correct and complete shipping details - street address needed for all courier deliveries and international post as well as a contact phone number.
At times you may require your parts quickly. If this is the case the best thing to do is ring us or email us for an estimated delivery time for those parts.
We cannot guarantee a delivery time or day. We can advise you based on recent history on approximate shipping times but we will never guarantee an exact shipping date or time. This is due to many outside influences that are out of our control. For example, a courier truck caught fire with some of our products on board and it was not allowed to be moved due to worksafe issues for 3 days. The customers product was held up for three days. A totally unforeseen issue!
If you want to pick up we might have to get the items in for you beforehand.
What we can guarantee is that we will do everything in our power to get you your products as fast as possible. You cannot get much better than that.

- Shipping:
- We send your goods almost straight away. Sometimes they get sent direct from our supplier to you. The quoted shipping price includes packing and handling.

- We have 7 day satisfaction guarantee and 1 year supplier product warranty on everything we sell. This is a trouble free process but you need to accept any associated freight costs.

Please note: Due to processing fees incurred from our credit card merchant facility/banks we will now apply the following fees to the use of the below credit cards for purchases through Angella Pty Ltd:
VISA and Mastercard: 1.5% fee of Total Checkout Cost
AMEX: 2.5% fee of Total Checkout Cost

- All our prices include GST. We are a PTY LTD Company (ABN 80 100 783 980) and all customers receive a tax receipt.
