| A:Items can be returned, for whatever reason, within 7 days, in original packaging and in re-saleable condition. Return costs will be paid by the buyer. Postage & Packing fees will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. Please note that all items are very carefully checked for faults before despatch. |

| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Items are despatched within 1 - 2 working days. Within 1 working day if you have chosen Special Delivery. Items are despatched daily. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:DOMESTIC P & P £2.50 - £2.95 (max. £2.95 unlimited items). INTERNATIONAL starts from £4.00. £6.50 for 2 items sent recorded then 50p per subsequent item. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes BUT there are exceptions. I will post to the following BUT ONLY VIA RECORDED MAIL: Asia, South America, Caribbean, Eastern Europe, Africa, Italy.... I will request an item is sent registered mail (£2.50 extra) due to the increased number of lost post items to these areas. PLEASE SEE MY SHOP FRONT FOR FURTHER INFO. |
