Our Shipping fee covers not only the cost of postage, but also packaging, envelopes/boxes and time to dispatch the order. You can upgrade shipping speed during the shopping process, details of difference in cost and speed are shown in the shopping cart.

  • Please do not Bid/Buy if your feedback score is lower than 0, If your feedback is below 0 we may decide to cancel the sale, This is done to weed out scams.
     
  • Payments should be received within 7 days of purchase.
     
  • Please ensure all details are correct on payment including delivery address, we will not be held responsible for delays caused by mistakes in buyer addresses or order requests.
     
  • Please let us know if you would like to pick up your item from our store and we will arrange a time for you.


Shipping and processing.

  • We try our very best to ship all items the same day that they are purchased but please allow for the stated amount of posting time listed in the item description.
  • Please make sure your postal address is correct before paying.
     
  • For combined shipping please contact us for pricing and we will do our best to save you money on shipping.
     
  • If for any reason we are unable to deliver your item on time we will let you know by email or phone immediately and offer a new delivery date or if necessary offer a full refund.
     
  • If for some reason the customer is unavailable for receipt of delivery the Courier will leave behind a card with their contact details and a date for re-delivery, it is the buyers responsibility to follow the instructions on this card and either re-sheduel delivery or arrange for a collection.
     
  • When you receive your goods please check the item/s immediately for defects that may have happened during transit, If you find your item/s are defective then please sign for the goods as “damaged” and contact us immediately or within 7 days of receipt.

(It is the responsibility of the customer to check there item/s for damage due to transportation)



Returns

  • All return requests for non-damaged items should be made within 7 days from receipt, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-faulty returns.
     
  • Please contact us within the stated time with your reasoning for the return, If your goods are damaged or defective we may ask for proof of this by way of photograph and description.
     
  • Refunds will be processed once the item has been received back to us and checked, please note all items are security marked and any items returned without this mark will not be eligible for a refund.
     
  • If items marked as damaged/defective that are returned to us and found to be without damage or defect will suffer a labour charge of £15 pounds to cover our time, expenses and re-packing.
     
  • Orders must be returned in full including all accessories, manuals and the original packaging if packaging was provided for a refund to be issued, Returned orders found to be missing items will not be refunded and will be returned to the buyer at buyers expense, please insure all items are included when returning if a refund is desired.
     
  • All items must be returned in the original packaging, Unwanted items must be returned unopened for a full refund to be offered.
     
  • The cost of shipping items back to us for inspection/returns must be paid by the customer, if item is found to be damaged due to transport or our handiling then return postage will be refunded.

  • It is the buyers responsibility to safely return all items if a return is required.

  • Please include your purchase invoice with your return to identify your item, if this is not provided we cannot be held responsible for delays in refunds/replacements.

  • If damaged item claims are opened and the item is returned, tested and found to not be damaged a diagnostic charge will be required for time wasted.

  • Please allow for 24hrs once returned items have been received by us for testing and packaging of replacements. etc

    (Please include a copy of your invoice with any return requests.)
