| Q:What is the difference between a SET. PAPERED or FRAMED Butterfly/Insect |

| A:SET = Specimens which have been spread into position (see picture) and dried. They are supplied in Card boxes.
PAPERED =
Specimens that are dried and folded in paper which require RELAXING and then setting. For experienced customers only!
FRAMED = Specimens supplied spread and mounted in display Frame "ready to show" |

| A:Any product not arriving in perfect condition, should be returned with-in 7 days for replacement or refund. |

| A:Where we can we will combine shipping. Obviously a heavy item will cost more. |

| A:Orders are normally dispatched with-in 5 working days(excluding weekends) We ship using various methods including; Royal Mail "Recorded" "Special" "Int. Signed for" & "Airsure" For heavy items we will use FEDEX or DHL. For plants and livestock cold weather may delay delivery. |
