Our standard delivery charge to most of England and Wales is £39.99 inc
Vat please check below to see if a surcharge applies to your area, if a charge
does apply then please wait for your revised invoice. All prices shown include
VAT at 20%.

We aim to deliver your bath within 7 working days, if your order is time
critical then please contact us first to make sure we can meet your deadline, if
you don't require your bath to be delivered straight away just let us know when
you order and we can hold back delivery until you are ready.
If you are purchasing more than one bath then please contact us first for a
quote, in some instances we are able to fit two baths onto one pallet so you
only have to pay one delivery charge. Collections can be made but need to be
arranged in advance, call us on

confirm a collection date before making your purchase.
In order to deliver your bath we will require the
following information from you, without it we cannot arrange delivery.
- Your full name
- Delivery address including post code
- Contact phone number/s to arrange delivery
If you have purchased a bath or a suite your items
will be delivered on a pallet to your driveway or curbside, our carriers will
not enter your property.
We deliver Monday to Friday between 0800 and 1800, a delivery date is agreed
with you in advance so you can arrange for somebody to be in. Saturday
deliveries are available in some areas but they do incur a surcharge, please
contact us first for a quotation.
Do not sign for the item until you have checked it properly, report any
damages immediately and reject delivery, we can then arrange a refund or a
replacement.
If nobody is in on the booked delivery day and we are not notified in advance a
re-delivery charge will apply. |
