| A:We adhere to the Distance Selling Regulations, if you are not happy with your purchase for what ever reason return the item to us at your cost within 14 days for a full refund. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes, if you purchase one of our baths then any other items excluding another bath can be added onto your order at no extra cost. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Most baths are in stock, you should check 1st if you are in a hurry, as a rule most orders are completed within 10 days, some systems such as a 21 jet bath which is made to order may take longer, you will be informed of this before you pay giving you the opportunity to change your mind. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:As a rule all products are sent out on pallets, the cost is £50 to most uk mainland postcodes, pallets & parcels to Isle's and N. Ireland, S. Ireland will incur a surcharge, you should check 1st before ordering. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Only small items, taps etc. We will not ship a bath internationally. |
| Q:How are your baths sent? |
|
| A:All our baths are despatched by a specialist pallet company. The pallet is delivered to your address via a tail lift vehicle, the driver will take the pallet to your door or garage if access allows, they are not allowed to take the pallet indoors or remove the goods from the pallet, you need to check the product before signing for it. |
