Returning an Item

Our Return Policy:    
             
              
            

We are happy to refund any unsuitable item within 30 days, PROVIDED it is returned in the original condition it was bought, not used or damaged in any way and returned in its original packaging. 

In this instance, it is the buyers responsibility to cover return postage costs and original delivery costs would not be refunded. 

In the case where free postage was offered with the item, a 20% surcharge will be deducted from the refund to cover our original delivery costs. 

We reserve the right to refund only 20% of the original purchase price in instances where items are not returned in a condition where they can be resold as 'new' at full price. 

We offer a 30-day guarantee on all items - genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item and cannot accept any items not returned with their original packaging. 

It is the customers responsibility to pay return postage costs when sending the item back to us. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will of course refund these postage costs.

To Request a Return:

1. Go to My eBay. You may be asked to sign in.
2. Click Won.
3. Next to your listing, select Return this item from the pull-down menu.
4. Select "I want to return an item" and click Continue . The "Return an item" form appears.
5. Review the next page and click Request return.
6. We will then respond in a timely manner and accept your return request. After which, you can prepare postage right away and click Continue.
7. Post the item back to us.
