CONDITIONS
DELIVERY LEAD TIMES
To keep our costs down, and therefore offer the best possible prices to our customers, many of our curtains and bedding items are not normally kept in stock. In this event we will order your item in directly from the manufacturer for you and delivery may take up to 2 weeks. We reserve the right to delay this delivery in the rare event tha t our manufacturer has a production delay on the item in question - in this case we will always keep you informed of the progress of your order.
FEEDBACK
We pride ourselves on our first class service, reflected by our high eBay feedback score. We ask that buyers who do encounter a problem with goods received contact us immediately to give us an opportunity to recify any issues BEFORE leaving damaging neutral or negative feedback. In the event such feedback is left without giving us this opportunity, we reserve the right to seek recourse via the eBay Feedback Withdrawal system.
REFUND POLICY
We are happy to refund any item within 30 days, PROVIDED it is returned in the original condition it was bought, and not used or damaged in any way. We reserve the right to refund only 20% of the original purchase price in instances where items are not returned in such a condition.
ACCURACY OF DESCRIPTIONS
We try our hardest to reflect accurate information on all of our listings, however, it should be noted that we cannot accept responsibility for subtle difference in colours and shades caused by different monitor resolutions.
In many instances, we can supply samples for curtain fabric - feel free to contact us in this event.
POSTAGE AND DELIVERY
Our 'free postage on second and subsequent items' offer is available on selected items only, where stated on the listing, and is available only to buyers using our UK Courier Servuce, i.e. addresses on the UK Mainland, excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
With few exceptions, we despatch our parcels using a Recorded Delivery postal or courier service. Full details of the method of postage used for each particular order are provided by way of a confirmation email after your order is placed. It is the responsbility of the buyer to ensure any cards left by the courier service or Royal Mail are responded to in a timely manner. In most cases, parcels will only be held by the delivering depot 5-7 days after the first attempted delivery. In the event a parcel is returned to us having not been claimed by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for costs incurred in re-posting the item back to them. We therefore recommend that buyers contact us in the event a parcel is not received by the evening of the scheduled courier delivery or 3-4 days after despatch of a Royal Mail delivery.
DAMAGES AND LOSSES IN TRANSIT
In the rare event that an item is lost in transit, our courier company offer an immediate claims procedure, Royal Mail will not entertain claims for loss until 15 days from date of posting. We will normally claim for losses on our customers behalf and offer a replacement as soon as the claim is authorised, but not before.
In the case of damaged items, our courier will only accept a claim within 24 hours of delivery, therefore please ensure your parcel is checked within this timescale and contact us or the courier company immediately. Royal Mail offer a slightly more generous timescale, but please do contact in a timely manner in this event.
