 Q: How long will it take for me to receive my item?
  A: We hold all items in stock for immediate despatch and delivery usually within 3 working days, with the exception of curtains, blinds and some bedding - these items are ordered in for you and delivery can take up to 2 weeks. Please be aware of this before purchasing.
 Q: Is this item brand new?
  A: Yes, all our items are brand new, unopened and direct from our supplier. We occasionally will sell a returned item that has previously been opened - in this event the condition of the packaging will be full detailed in our listing.
 Q: What is your return policy?
  A: In addition to your statutory rights for faulty goods, we are happy to refund any item within 30 days, PROVIDED it is returned in its original condition, not used or damaged in any way and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refund only 20% of the original purchase price in instances where items are not returned in such a condition.
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: WE ALWAYS OFFER COMBINED POSTAGE - in most UK cases, this should never exceed £6.95 (with the exception of addresses off the UK mainland (including the Isle of Wight)and any KW, HS, AB31-56, FK19-21, KA27/28, PA20-78, PH5-10, PH16-50 and ZE postcodes).
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: Some items, such as curtains and bedding, are ordered in for you and can take up to 14 days for delivery (in this instance, we state this in each relevant listing). All other items should be despatched within 1-2 working days. If we have advised you already of the despatch of your order, please refer to our despatch confirmation email for details.
 Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
  A: Most of our products are sold with free delivery although for some we base our postage charge on the WEIGHT of your parcel. Please see the bottom of each listing for shipping costs, but we recommend you contact us for a combined quote for 2 or more items where postage is charged.
 Q: Do you ship internationally?
  A: In most cases, no, as international postage is simply too unreliable for us to offer our usual high standards of delivery service.
 Q: Can I collect?
  A: Yes, of course. We offer collection from either our sister retail store at 30 Printing Office Street, Doncaster Town Centre DN1 1TR, or from our warehouse in Haxey DN9. Please contact us first to arrange a collection time to your convenience.
 Q: Do you have an actual store/showroom?
  A: Yes, our retail store is open from Monday-Saturday 9am-5pm at 30 Printing Office Street, Doncaster Town Centre, DN1 1TR (01302 325016).
