-We charge a maximum courier charge of £7.00 (UK only) no matter how much you purchase so take full advantage of combined postage NOW.
-We will attempt to dispatch all purchases within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment, however please allow 7 - 10 days during our busy periods.
-Delivery within the UK takes 1-2 days although shipping times are by no means guaranteed.
-You MUST provide a delivery address where someone will likely be in to sign for the parcel when sent by a courier service(e.g. Home address/Works address).
-Delivery will be attempted 3 times only and if parcel is returned by Courier you will have to pay a redelivery fee or be issued with a refund less all sellers charges and p&p costs.
-Once your item has been despatched by us, the responsibility for the consignment passes from the seller to the courier/Royal Mail so we shall not be held responsible for failure to deliver or for a delay in delivery, caused by problems with the courier/Royal Mail.
-If the consignment does not turn up within the specified time then we are more than willing to help you trace your consignment.
-Certain postcodes, not considered part of mainland UK by our Couriers, will be subject to a surcharge of £5.00 so please ensure you check before purchase to save any 'suprise' extras.
