 Q: How do I send the personalised message I require?
  A: Please email your: Ebay user ID, and personalised message you require to info@giftshop.uk.com
 Q: I have not received my order?
  A: Firstly, check the shipping FAQs for delivery times for you item. If it is past the recommended time, please contact us and we will help you with this matter.
 Q: Is this item new?
  A: All our items are brand new items.
 Q: Do you combine postage?
  A: Postage should combine automatically when you add more than one item to your basket. If your postage does not combine please contact us BEFORE you pay. NOTE: postage cannot be combined after you have paid.
 Q: How long do you take dispatch?
  A: We usually dispatch items within 2 working days. Many of our items are personalised and cannot be dispatched off the shelf but we always try to get your item in the post as quick as possible!
 Q: How long is delivery
  A: UK Customers: First class post is usually next day but can take longer. European customers: Allow 5-7 working days for standard airmail delivery International customers: All 7-10 working days for standard airmail.
 Q: Do you offer next day delivery?
  A: We can offer next day delivery on some off our items to UK customers. Please call us on 01646 684231 to inquire before you buy. NOTE: There will be an additional charge for Special Delivery
 Q: How do I track my item?
  A: UK: Please select Signed For delivery to receive a tracking number International: Please select international Signed For for a tracking number. Standard airmail does not have tracking. NOTE: Tracking numbers are added to orders at the time of dispatch. Additional charges apply
 Q: Do you Combine postage?

 Q: Can I pay by Credit Card?
  A: Yes! You can either add a credit card to your paypal account to pay or you can call us on 01646 684231 to pay over the phone. If you need help paying by credit card through paypal, please message us for instructions.
 Q: Can I pay by Cheque / Check?
  A: Yes but we cannot accept cheques made out in foreign currency due to the cost of converting the currency. You can always send an e-cheque!
 Q: How do I return my item?
  A: Please contact us if you are not happy for any reason and we will try to help resolve the issue. You can post your item back to us at: Returns 9 Apley Terrace Pembroke Dock Pembrokeshire SA72 6HJ Don't forget to include your name and order details!
