Jon & I wish to make Ebay our home for many years to come.  Both of us have enough business experience to know what it takes to have satisfied customers.  A good portion of that is providing good pictures, accurate descriptions and of course, quality items for sale. 

But buying and auctioning off items on Ebay isn't all of the story.  It is our desire to provide quality customer service to our buyers.  Shipping, packing and handling along with timely e-mail notifications are an important part of the service we offer.

We are already notorious for our great packing.  We always use bubble wrap and we recycle all of our packing materials.  We shred paper, reuse packing peanuts and never throw away a good box.   It saves us and ultimately our buyers, a great deal of money.

We package items, weigh them and offer a shipping calculator for our buyers to determine whether they would like their items shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post.  We're happy to offer the cheapest, but most expedient forms of shipping out our items.  We do require insurance on SOME items, but usually, we leave that decision to our buyers.

We do charge a handling fee.  The price ranges from 1-2 dollars on most items.  Our handling fee covers things such as cleaning the items, packing supplies and daily trips to the post office.  As much as we dislike adding the handling fee, we find it a necessary evil.  After all, we are trying to make a living and those services take up our time and resources.

That said, we do like to save our buyers money by combining shipment from any of our auctions ending within a week of each other.  Simply let us know via an e-mail to the_treasure_port@yahoo.com and we'll set aside your item until all of your desired auctions are over and we'll invoice you ONCE with the entire amount and the discounted shipping rate.  It's as simple as that.
