If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 30 working days of receipt.
We are happy to accept returns for items that are not suitable or if the item is not as described by us. Please note due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on underwear, swimwear and cosmetics, unless they are sealed in their original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order and from there you can arrange for the item(s) to be sent back to us.
**Extended Christmas Returns: Order between 20th October 2017 and 24th December 2017 and you have until 28th January 2018 to return the item(s) to us.**
Returns Step By Step:
To return your item you must clearly fill out the Returns Form received within your parcel. If you didn’t receive a Returns Form in your parcel you can download one here.
Carefully package the items you wish to return, along with the filled out Returns Form.
Choose your returns postal method (keep a note of the tracking reference/number):
Method 1: Hermes tracked (discounted rate of £2.60 per parcel using the provided link). Printer required. UK customers.
Hermes Returns Portal
Using the above link you can arrange collection from your home via Hermes courier, or alternatively take your parcel to one of the Hermes drop off points listed on their website. You can then print off the Hermes label and stick this to the front of your parcel.
Method 2: Royal Mail/Other courier. UK customers. Clearly display our returns address on the front of your parcel: Superdry ebay Store Returns, (c/o Clipper Logistics), The Duke, Wellington Road, Burton, DE14 2AB. Take your parcel to a Post Office or collection point. We recommend that you use a tracked service as the package is your responsibility until it reaches us. Return items lost in the post will not be refunded.

Please note, if you have received a faulty or incorrect item, contact us prior to return so we can arrange free postage for you.
Failure to follow this process may cause delays in processing your return.
The cost of returning the item to us is your liability, and we cannot refund return items lost in the post. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a recorded or tracked delivery service.
Postage charges are only refunded when the goods are confirmed as faulty or the wrong item has been shipped.
How long does the return take?
Please allow 7 to 10 working days from the date we have received the parcel for the item(s) to be checked, and for the return to be processed.
Please note: exchanges are subject to availability. Where replacement stock is not available a refund will be issued for your item.
If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains 'returned goods'.
