We accept returns if the item does not fit or if the item is not 100% as described by us. We will happily refund the full price of the item, once it has been returned and checked. Exchanges are subject to availability. Where replacement stock is not available a refund will be issued for your item.
Please note that we are able to offer returns on underwear and perfume, providing that your item(s) are unopened and unworn, with packaging and labels intact.
Please inform us of any problems within 48 hours of receipt of your item using the ebay resolution centre. A return address is provided as part of this process.

The item must be returned to us, in it's original condition, within 14 days of you receiving it. A refund will be issued within 5 working days of receipt of the returned item. Please do not contact us regarding your refund before 5 days have passed.
We advise you to use recorded delivery, or a delivery service that can be tracked and traced, as parcels that do not arrive back to us cannot be refunded by us.
International returns please note: If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains 'returned goods'
Postage charges will not be refunded unless goods are faulty or the wrong item has been shipped. Returns can only be accepted via post or courier; we do not offer a collection service.
