Q) How long after payment will you dispatch my item?
A) We will always try to dispatch your item within 24 hours of payment. During busy periods this can take 96 hours.

Q) How long after dispatch should I expect to wait for delivery?
A) We use Hermes delivery for all UK orders. This is a 2-3 working day service. For European orders your delivery should take 3-5 working days and for the rest of the world it should be 5-7 working days.

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery period and would like assistance, please get in touch with us.

Q) Will I be charged customs and import charges?
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.


Q) Can I return my item if I don't like it or it doesn't fit?
A) As long as the item(s) in its original, unworn condition, you can return the item(s) to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply fill out the Returns Form received within your parcel and send the item(s) to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt.

This is in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Q) Do I have to pay for the return?
A) The cost of returning the item to us is your liability. We recommend that you use a tracked service as the package is your responsibility until it reaches us. Return items lost in the post will not be refunded. Postage charges are only refunded when the goods are confirmed as faulty or the wrong item has been shipped.

Q) How do I request a return?
A) You don’t need to request a return, simply fill out the Returns Form and send the item(s) to us in their original condition within 30 working days of receipt.

Q) Can you order an item that you don't have listed?
A) Unfortunately we aren't able to order specific items. We regularly receive new stock so keep checking the site for new arrivals.

Q) I've just paid for an item but want to add another to the invoice, can this be done?
A) eBay doesn't allow this unfortunately. Once an item(s) have been paid for we aren't able to add to your invoice.

Q) Do you offer combined postage discount?
A) Yes, please see our Delivery page for more information.

Q) I want to buy multiple items – is this allowed?
A) Yes, we allow our customers to buy multiple items.


Q) I don't have Paypal, can I pay via another method?
A) Sorry, we can only accept payment via Paypal. Please do not send us payment through the post as this cannot be accepted.

Q) I have paid for my item but would like to cancel the purchase. Is this possible?
A) We will endeavour to do this for you but this will not always be possible. If your order has already entered our dispatch process at the time of your enquiry it might be too late to make any amendments to your order. If your order is sent and you wish to return, you may do so, in accordance with our returns policy.

Q) I have received my item but the tag has a lower price than what I paid, could I have a refund for the difference?
A) This would be a tagging issue rather than a pricing issue and so we will be unable to issue a partial refund.

Q) I placed an order for an item that is now listed at a lower price, could I have a refund for the difference?
A) All of our prices are subject to fluctuation and the item would have now been put within a deal, hence the price decrease. Due to this, we would be unable to refund the difference.
