We despatch orders worldwide every day Monday to Friday via the Royal Mail. We will post your item within 24 working hours of your order being received.

We offer a variety of postal options to ensure efficient delivery of your order. Please choose the postal option that you require during the payment process. We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders and free standard delivery on all European orders over £10.00.

We will inform you via the eBay messaging system when your order has been despatched.

Please note that we will only post items to the address that is provided by PayPal when the order is placed. We obtain proof of posting for all items.

UK DELIVERY
A signature will be required if your item is being delivered by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery. If you are not available to take delivery of your order, the Royal Mail will leave you a “While you were out” card explaining how to collect the item from your local sorting office or rearrange delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International orders are despatched by Royal Mail Small Packets or International Signed For which requires a signature on arrival. Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery service will leave a calling card with instructions on how to collect it.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot calculate what they may be. Customs policies and import duties vary greatly from country to country. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information before ordering.
