We will post to anywhere in the world using the additional actual postal costs for your particular country.
Please enquire as to the additional postal costs BEFORE placing your order.
All orders will be sent out by 1st-class airmail.
If you require insured or signed-for post, please also ask for a price quote prior to ordering.
PLEASE NOTE:
If your order becomes lost in the post and you do not elect to pay for insured or signed-for delivery, we will NOT post out a replacement order to you.

We will make a partial refund of the whole order cost MINUS the delivery cost of the lost item.
If you have paid for insured or signed-for delivery and wish to have the order re-sent to you, then the full cost of the item PLUS the additional postal costs will be required prior to posting.

If your item is lost in transit and you have paid for insurance or signed-for delivery,
we will provide you with the tracking number to assist you locate the item or claim your compensation.

We cannot be held responsible for any items that become lost in transit, whether insured/ signed for or through ordinary post.

CUSTOMS RESTRICTIONS:
Many countries have different customs regulations regarding the importation of goods.
It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that the items bought from The Spiceworks are fully legal for importing into your country.
If you item is confiscated for breaking any Customs regulations in your country, then we will NOT refund you in any way and, should The Spiceworks be made to pay a penalty/fine, we will pass this charge on to you for payment.
