All orders are posted out using First-Class Business mail within the UK, so as to arrive as quickly as possible at your door.

Large/ bulk orders (when offered through our Ebay UK shop) are sent out by courier, and may take longer to arrive.

If your lost item was sent by Recorded Delivery, we will provide you with the tracking number so that you can make the necessary arrangements to claim for loss with the Post office.

Royal Mai: An important change in its delivery policy
Royal Mail have now introduced a policy of leaving letters and packets with neighbours if you are not at home when the delivery is attempted.
This obviously introduces a potential security risk into the whole delivery system-one that has not yet been clarified in a court of Law.
Under existing regulations and legislation, Royal Mail has a clear duty to deliver the letter/ packet to the named customer as written on the envelope (the addressee).
However, by leaving the delivery with a neighbour they are in clear breach of this duty.
As a Royal Mail business customer we are not at all happy with this change, for it means that we cannot guarantee a delivery of your goods via a reliable and trusted means.
The only way that we can see to avoid this policy breach is for you to advise us at the time of placing your order that your order is NOT to be left with a neighbour.
This way we can manually insert your instructions clearly onto the outside of the envelope comtaining your order.
In view of this change to Royal mail deliveries it is the requirement now that Ebay/Paypal change its policy on non delivery to fall in line with this obvious security risk to your order, as the seller CANNOT now legally be held to account for any non delivery- this ruling would be upheld in a court of Law.
If you trust your neighbours to take collection of your mail, then this is okay. However, Royal Mail do not state which neighbour they will leave your mail at?
We have now amended our refund policy in view of the new Royal Mail policy. The Spiceworks will now not offer any refunds until after a full Royal mail investigation has been made.
Any investigation will commence by Royal Mail after the 15 working day has passed since despatch.
We have notified both Ebay and Paypal of this and expect them to fully comply with this legal requirement.
As a Royal mail business customer any undelivered mail is always returned to us, though this can take several weeks to complete.
The new Royal Mail policy does not affect Recorded Or Special delivery packets, these will still be returned to your local sorting office for collection should you not be at home when a delivery attempt is made.

We will always do all that we can to assist in cases of 'lost' orders.

If you do not agree with the above terms of business, please do not place an order with us.
