Our Post Office collection is at 1.30pm Monday to Friday.
For all orders received & funds cleared
before 10.00pm, Monday to Friday (9.00am Saturday) we offer same day despatch wherever possible.
Orders received after these times will go on our next day collection.
All orders are posted out using First-Class mail within the UK, so as to arrive as quickly as possible at your door.
Large/ bulk orders (when offered through our Ebay UK shop) are sent out by courier, and may take longer to arrive.

thespiceworks.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any items that become lost in transit, whether insured/ signed for or through ordinary post.
Any offer to send a replacement order is made purely at our discretion.
If your lost item was sent by Recorded Delivery, we will provide you with the tracking number so that you can make the necessary arrangements to claim for loss with the Post office.
We will willingly offer a full refund on any item that is lost in transit to mainland UK addresses once we are made aware of them.
We will always do all that we can to assist in cases of 'lost' orders.
If you do not agree with the above terms of business, please do not place an order with us.
