| Q:DO YOU OFFER COMBINED SHIPPING CHARGES? |

| A:Yes. The combined shipping charge should show when you go to pay - if it does not please contact us before payment so we can combine your purchases and reduce your postage. Items bought and paid for separately may or may not be sent together, at our discretion. |
| Q:WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE? |

| A:We dispatch/post on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays - all items purchased before 2pm will be sent out on these days. |
| Q:DO YOU OFFER A GUARANTEE ON YOUR MACHINES? |

| A:Yes, all our machines come with a 12 month's guarantee and a six month guarantee on heater elements. |
| Q:WILL I RECEIVE A VAT INVOICE? |

| A:Yes, all our shipments regardless of size are sent with a VAT invoice. |
| Q:WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY? |

| A:Should you not be 100% satisfied with our products, we are happy to accept the return of any purchases, within 14 days from delivery. Items must be returned, at the Buyer's expense, in their original state and packaging. A full refund of the purchase price less any shipping charges will be paid on receipt. Refunds may be made by cheque. |
