If you are having trouble with a product that you bought from us or you have purchased in error then we will be quite happy to accept return for replacement/refund (depending on how the product was advertised and when it was sold) subject to confirming a few details with you.
In order for us to accept return of an item, you MUST contact us prior to sending the item to us
Please email us directly via the original product's eBay listing so that eBay will automatically include the item details with your message. If you can't find this then email us directly using eBay Messaging via our Contact Page. Please include the EBAY ITEM NUMBER (from the eBay item description page for the product) along with your message so that we can quickly bring up your order and assist with your query as efficiently as possible.
**Note to qualify for PayPal buyer protection returns must be sent by tracked shipping**
If an item is received faulty, then we will either offer to refund the faulty item or replace it. There will be no extra postal charge for the replacement item. If we request that you return the faulty item then we will refund your postal cost.
If an order is received incomplete by error then we will either offer to refund the missing item or have it despatched to you with no extra postal charge.
If we have sent you an incorrect item, then we will either offer to refund the missing item or replace it. There will be no extra postal charge for the replacement item. If we request that you return the incorrect item then we will refund your postal costs.
Change of Mind:
We understand that from time to time our customers may purchase an item in error, or decide that they no long want an item that they have purchased. If this is the case we are willing to accept the returned item in accordance to this policy. If the item was purchased using "buy it now" the Distance Selling Regulations, give the buyer the right to cancel the purchase within seven working days after the day that they receive the item. Your refund will be for the sale cost of the item excluding P&P. No return postal costs will be refunded.
If you have a PayPal account we will always aim to complete the refund via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account then your refund will be made via cheque.
