| Returns Policy
We will accept back any item bought under our BIN (Buy it Now) offer within 14 days of purchase. We will refund the cost of the goods but we are unable to refund the delivery charge. If you wish to return an item please contact us via email and we will forward a returns number and instructions on how to return your item. We recommend that you return items via recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. If you would like us to arrange for a courier to collect the item a charge of £15.45 will be deducted from the refund amount. Where an item was bought in auction you can still return it under the terms above subject to a restocking charge of 13% and an admin fee of £2.95. |
