Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
If you order and cleared payment is received before 2pm Monday to Friday your order will be despatched same day otherwise it will be despatched the following working day. Items sent by courier are on a next day service and should be delivered between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Items sent by royal mail are sent by 1st Class mail and should be received within 1 -2 working days however, we are unable to accept responsibility for postage delays. If your order is received after 2pm on Friday or Saturday and Sunday your order will be despatched on the Monday.
Q. What if I am out when the courier tries to deliver?
Our couriers will attempt to deliver on two occasions and if they receive no answer will leave a card with the telephone number of the depot and a consignment number. You can then call the depot and ask for the delivery to be made again or arrange to collect your parcel from the depot. If the couriers are unable to deliver after two attempts and receive no communication from the recipient the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. An additional charge will be made should we have to arrange for the parcel to be sent out again.
Q. Can I combine Postage if I want to order more than one item?
Yes, we can combine shipping for multiple purchases. Most listings will have details of the additional cost for multiple items but if you are unsure or require further information please do not hesitate to email for a quote.
Q . What if there is a delay in my delivery?
Occasionally there may be a slight delay if the product is out of stock. If this occurs we will contact the customer and explain the situation and advise of an expected delivery date. Should there be a long delay then we would offer a replacement or full refund.
