Tout d'abord, je voudrais demander à des millions d'excuses de la part de tous mes acheteurs français. Comme pour tous les acheteurs de FRANCE qui aiment vraiment acheter les articles de mon magasin, s'il vous plaît contactez-moi d'abord parce que pour le moment je n'enverrons pas des articles de FRANCE en utilisant une lettre recommandée normal, mais à la place, je vais seulement utiliser FEDEX pour l'expédition méthode de FRANCE pour le moment jusqu'à nouvel ordre. Et d'ailleurs, je suis vraiment désolé, je ne peux pas offrir la livraison gratuite pour FEDEX affichage. Ce changement de méthode annonce à FRANCE est composée principalement dû au fait que, dernièrement, la plupart de nos forfaits ne sont pas arrivés aux destinataires en France depuis mai 2013 (environ 50% des acheteurs de France n'ont pas reçu leurs paquets et le taux de 50% est tout à fait élevé pour être franc) et il faut parfois plus de 2 mois pour les paquets arrivent à l'acheteur en France qui est vraiment beaucoup trop inconvénients. Je croyais que ces problèmes augmentent du système interne de Poste française. Toutefois, s'il vous plaît ne vous inquiétez pas car ce n'est pas permanent et je n'utilise FEDEX pour l'acheteur français jusqu'à nouvel ordre ou jusqu'à ce que les problèmes de poste français sur leurs services sont résolus. Par conséquent, pour le moment, j'apprécie vraiment si l'acheteur de FRANCE peut me contacter d'abord avant d'acheter mes articles.

Hello to my greatest and dearest buyers (FRENCH BUYER ONLY)

First of all, I would like to seek millions of apologies from all of my FRENCH buyers. As for all of the buyers from FRANCE who really like to purchase items from my store, please kindly contact me first because at the moment I WILL NOT send items to FRANCE using a normal registered airmail but instead, I will only use FEDEX for the shipment method to FRANCE for the time being until further notice. And as for that matter, I'm truly sorry I can't offer FREE SHIPPING for FEDEX Posting. This changes of posting method to FRANCE is made mainly due to the fact that lately most our packages did not arrive to the recipients in France since May 2013 (about 50% buyers from France didn't receive their packages and the 50% rate is quite high to be frank) and sometimes it takes more than 2 months for the packages to arrive to buyer in France which is really way too inconveniences. I believed these problems rise from the internal system of French Post. However, please do not worry as this is not permanent and I will only use FEDEX for French Buyer until further notice or until the problems with French post regarding their services are resolved. Hence, for the time being, I really appreciate if buyer from FRANCE can contact me first before purchasing my items.

We are truly sorry for the sudden changes on promotion that we made a few hours ago. This is majorly due to the misleading information that we received from our local postal service. Hence, because of our errors/mistakes, we still OFFER FREE SHIPPING but with our default postal service which is the registered air mail as usual. Buyer will however still benefits our FREE SHIPPING offer. The shipping time/Estimated Time Arrival (ETA) will take as usual on worse case scenario which is between 2-4 weeks. We're truly sorry for any inconveniences and misunderstanding.
