Q: How does combined shipping work?
A: We offer shipping of $4.50 Media Mail ($3.50 for sheet music) no matter how many items you purchase. If your mailing address is a continental US address, Ebay is set up to combine. Just use the Buy It Now button for each item but don’t pay until you are all done shopping. When you check out it will combine to one invoice showing shipping $4.50 ($3.50 for sheet music). If it does not combine correctly, you can always email us and we will send an invoice.
Q: How do I pay by Credit Card?
A: To pay by credit card you must use Paypal checkout. Paypal accepts most major credit cards.
Q: Why would an item be out of print or otherwise unavailable?
A: The product listings in our store come to us directly from a large number of publishers and manufacturers. Publishers may change the status of items on a day-to-day basis without informing us. We try to keep our database refreshed often, but it is virtually impossible to be 100% up to date. Our fill rate is approximately 98%.
Q: What if an item is on backorder?
A: A 'backorder' item usually means that the publisher is out of stock and is in the process of reprinting the title. We will email you with an Estimated Time of Arrival for your item. You will have the option of waiting for the 'backorder' item or we will refund your money.
Q: Will I be able to track my shipment?
A: The USPS shipments use a delivery confirmation number. This is different than a tracking number in that it may not provide full enroute details regarding an item's shipping location. We will email with the confirmation number when we ship your package.
