If you change your mind for any reason we are quite happy to accept the goods back but......
Before returning any item, please email us first. We need to know the item is coming back.
Get a certificate of posting from the post office. This is FREE and will allow you to claim from the Post Office should the item go missing.
Any item returned must of course, be in a re-saleable condition with all original tags, boxes, instructions and packaging included (this does NOT mean we need the outer postal bag back, but you can use it to return the goods to us)
If you're returning clothing, please ensure the item hasnt been washed, worn (apart from trying on), doesnt smell of cigarette smoke, isnt covered in dog hairs and hasnt been just stuffed back into the bag.
If returning equipment, it must NOT have been used at all. All equipment returns are inspected thoroughly and will be rejected if found to have been used. Again, all instructions, packaging and boxes must be returned and all in a re-saleable condition. Any seals must be unbroken.
CD's and DVD's can only be exchanged if found faulty and will be replaced with exactly the same title as originally purchased.
You are responsible for the return postage and should ensure that you have proof of posting and the item(s) being returned have adequate insurance.
If you require an exchange item we will require payment for postage. Normally a few pounds in with the return item will cover the exchange item.
If you've just changed your mind, not a problem, we will refund the full purchase price of the product, but unfortunately cannot refund the Postage and Packing.
