When it comes to feedback, we here at The Ragged Priest really do value your opinions. It's our way of knowing if our standards are still high, and your way of knowing that we look after our customers. We feel as though there is no problem that we can not resolve, and no circumstance in which you should feel unhappy or out of pocket. With that in mind, we would be most sincerely grateful if you would contact us before leaving us negative/neutral feedback or more importantly a low detailed seller rating, and see first if we can satisfy whatever issue you may have.
We list over 200 items a week, and post out roughly 40 items per day. We have the facilities, equipment, and expertise to enable us to operate to very high standards. We are however only human, and mistakes can from time to time happen. Low detailed seller ratings can and do really damage our Ebay business, so all that we ask is to please, please give us the benefit of the doubt, and get in touch to see how we can help you first. You can now just pick up the phone and give us a call if you wish to talk, rather than email any issues you may have.
If your issue is with despatch time, then please bear in mind that we post out every single day, so the chances are, that if your parcel was late arriving, then the fault would most likely not be ours. If you do have this issue, then feel free to contact us, and we can provide you with tracking details with regards to the date of postage. All that we ask is that if the fault was not ours, please do not mark us poorly, because our business will suffer as a consequence.
