For light items we use First Class Recorded/ courier service// for heavier/ larger items Parcel force.
We charge postage/Carriage at cost.
Returns; We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Please advise prior to returns being made. Buyer is responsible for postage cost.
All damage claims must be notified to us within 48hours of delivery.
All products must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging.
Any faulty products will be either exchanged or refunded.
