Please contact us to let us know that you wish to return an item and we will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number and advise the shipping method by which you should return the item.
We will refund the agreed return costs in addition to refunding on the returned item within 3 working days of receipt.
We work hard to ensure that your purchase reaches you in perfect condition but sometimes damage does occur. You are welcome to return any damaged frame to us for refund or replacement but it may be easier for us to replace broken glass, back or damaged mount without your having to return the item.
