Asking a Question

We are happy to answer your questions but are currently receiving over 1600 emails a week! For that reason we would ask that you please consider these few points before you send your question:

How important is my question? – All our customers are important to use regardless of the size of your order & we are always happy to help.

We are though receiving a large number of questions that are answered by reading the item description or even using a calculator & ultimately just slow down service for everyone else.  Before you send your message please read the information we have given


Do I need an urgent reply? - It may take up to a week to for us to reply to your question.  Why not try and contact us by telephone instead?  Just Call us on 01274 679723 during normal office hours to get an immediate reply.

Returns Policy:

• We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are dissatisfied with any of the goods you purchase our returns policy is clearly listed on the item description page.

• Our policy the procedure for returns on Buy Now listings • All returns must comply with our policy

• We cannot refund postage & packing charges and the cost of returning the goods shall be paid for by the customer.

 • The customer shall be responsible for ensuring the return of goods and we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

 • To qualify for a refund, goods must be returned in their original condition, unused (with any seals and packaging intact) and in a re-saleable condition. We will not accept returns if goods and packaging are not in their original condition.

• Exclusions for hygiene reasons include tights, underwear, wigs, hats & balloons

 • This does not affect your statutory rights

 

Halloween

Due to the unfortunate misuse & abuse of the returns policy by some customers - we have ensured all Halloween costumes arrived within the timescale for returns before the 31st October

Therefore we WILL NOT accept returns requests after this date for these items It is not our intention to cause problems for genuine customers with a returns request but it seems very unfair that some people expect to wear a costume & then wish to return it in November!

We cannot & will not subsidise this behaviour

Buyer to make own claim for loss via Royal Mail - though I will assist in this process
