We can deliver to all UK postal addresses covered by Royal Mail Standard Services. All orders are sent using Royal Mail Second Class delivery. Items are normally dispatched within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment. Delivery times are 3 - 5 BUSINESS days AFTER your order has been dispatched, but can be longer at peak times, and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Orders of Padded Envelopes (by the box) and Bubble Wrap, will always be sent separately due to the size of these items.

Please note that delivery times are as published by Royal Mail and we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery. All items are insured up to the value of £30 as standard. Should you wish to purchase additional insurance cover for high value orders please email us before for a quote as this will cost extra.

We are able to send most of our items to the EU and Republic of Ireland using Royal Mail Airmail service. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of clear payment being received. Estimated Delivery Time is normally 5 -7 working days, although times are dependent on your local service.
