Sales Regulations/Policies
PLEASE BE SURE TO READ and FOLLOW e-Bay and PSFSDINC Sales Regulations/Policies to make your on-line shopping experience a positive one.
PURCHASES:
1.) Using "Buy it Now": If you "commit to buy" an item, you are entering into a contract promising to purchase that item. Cancellation of orders will be subject to a re-stocking/cancellation fee of 20% and e-Bay/Pay Pal fees charged to the seller for the item(s); unless otherwise waived by e-Bay, Pay Pal or PSFSDINC, the CEO or Office Manager at their sole discretion. Non-Paying bidders are reported to e-Bay and will receive a negative strike against their account from e-Bay and will be blocked from future purchases from PSFSDINC.
2.) Single/Multiple Item Purchases: If purchasing one (1) item only, shipping is FREE to US residents. Multiple item purchasers will please utilize the "Request an invoice from Seller" e-Bay option as some purchases may receive further discounts as advertised/applicable(Multiple orders are combined and shipped FREE as well).
3.) Checkout Time: PSFSDINC respectfully requests that, if you are finished shopping, you checkout your item(s) within 24 to 48 hours. If not, please e-mail us to let us know that you are continuing your shopping experience at a later time to avoid any un-necessary problems. If no notice is received, we will automatically send an invoice requesting payment due upon receipt.
4.) Out of Stock Items: On occasion, PSFSDINC may not have a certain size or color of an item in stock due to sales volume. PSFSDINC makes every effort to ensure that items listed on our site are stocked regularly within our shop, store and e-Bay stock. We ask if that you are on a "timeline" and in need of an item immediately, to please contact us before making your purchase or payment. In the event that PSFSDINC receives a payment for an item out of stock, we will immediately notify the customer and give the option for a full refund or special order. PSFSDINC places orders on a bi-monthly basis, and receives most shipments within 3 to 5 days.
5.) Special Orders: PSFSDINC places special orders for those customers who request an item which may be out of stock or needed to meet a specific need on a tight schedule. Special orders may be placed at no extra product charge to our customers; however, certain conditions and drop-ship fees may apply which are not charged or regulated by PSFSDINC, but by the specific manufacturer.
PAYMENT:
1.) Payment Methods: Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express or e-Checks are to be processed through Pay Pal or Pro Pay ONLY. As of 10/1/2008, PSFSDINC(On e-Bay) will NO LONGER be accepting MONEY ORDERS or CASHIERS CHECKS. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED via the internet. For the protection and security of our customers transactions, DO NOT SEND CASH THROUGH THE MAIL. Please either enroll in Pay Pal or Pro Pay or contact PSFSDINC for further Credit Card Processing options. PSFSDINC strictly forbids cash through the mail as a form of payment and WILL NOT be held responsible for lost cash delivered by ANY transit method.

SHIPPING:
1.) Methods: PSFSDINC ships both Domestic and World-wide; however, reserves the right to refuse shipment to ANYONE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. AT ANY TIME if such shipping endangers Our Troops, Citizens Abroad or U.S. National Security. Shipments are sent via USPS First Class (Only offered on certain items), Priority or Express Mail(Domestic); USPS Priority Mail International, Express Mail International or Global Express Guaranteed(International). Worldwide shipments MUST BE TRACKABLE AND INSURED. NO EXCEPTIONS. Worldwide Shipments WILL NOT be marked as "GIFT", and will contain a detailed enclosure of contents, shipping information and costs.

(AUCTION ITEMS DO NOT APPLY and are INELIGIBLE FOR FREE SHIPPING) ***ATTENTION PAY PAL Customers/Users*** Purchases made through Pay Pal will be shipped to CONFIRMED Pay Pal shipping addresses ONLY unless otherwise specified IN WRITING by the customer PRIOR to ordering. B.) INTERNATIONAL Shipping: International Customers (Worldwide) via USPS Priority Mail International, USPS Express Mail International or USPS Global Express Guaranteed- Packing and Customs Paperwork FEE ($3.45 USD), INSURANCE AND TRACKING REQUIRED.
MILITARY & LE DISCOUNT(s):
1.) For the Troops: SHIPPING WILL BE FREE TO OUR TROOPS WHEN THE PACKAGE IS SENT TO AN APO or CONFIRMED Military Base Address. Please contact PSFSDINC for Homeland or Overseas Service BULK PURCHASE Discounts for Our Brave Troops Serving both at Home and Overseas. ATTENTION: Military Families- Those of you who also serve; PSFSDINC will be happy to assist you with purchases(Individual or Group) for your loved ones serving both here at home and overseas, whether a Birthday Gift, Needed Gear or Item(s) or a special request. We stand at the ready to answer your questions, locate a specific item; to even gift-wrap, pack and ship your item FREE to your loved ones deployment zone.
2.) For the L.E.O.'s: LAW ENFORCEMENT DEPARTMENTS will contact PSFSDINC for BULK RATE pricing/discount with proof of Department Affiliation, Letter Head or Officer ID when purchasing for department(s). Calls may be placed to specific precincts to verify authenticity of ID as we have had a few occasions where customers claimed to be a LEO; however, were not.
RETURNS:
1.) Returns: For Manufacturer Defects; purchase errors in size or fit, and gift exchanges. Returns must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase(There will be a 20% re-stocking fee assessed to ALL returns. This does not apply to warranty/replacement issues.). Some of PSFSDINC's Manufacturers and Suppliers have their own time frame in which they conduct returns. PSFSDINC abides by their individualized policies as requested/contracted. Returns must be in original packaging and not show wear or abuse. Return authorizations are at the sole discretion of PSFSDINC Personnel. Store Credit or replacement of a defective item (Manufacturer's Guidelines) ONLY for item returns; however, special circumstances may be reviewed for cash refunds(at discretion of PSFSDINC Administrative Personnel). These returns are subject to individual manufacturer policies as well as PSFSDINC policies. Please contact PSFSDINC, USA to obtain a "RMA" Return Merchandise Authorization PRIOR to returning your item. If the return IS NOT authorized, the item will be shipped back to the sender at their own expensse.
