Deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Tracked Service. This service provides you with 4 points of tracking throughout the delivery. We aim to post the goods the same or the next working day after the payment has been received. UK Postage is £0.00 & WorldWide shipping is £7.95
We can also deliver items through Royal Mail Special Delivery for next day guaranteed deliveries. Please ensure that you select the required postage option. If you are unavailable to accept the delivered package, it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office. If the item has not been collected within 3 weeks the package will be returned back to us. We will then require you to repay the original postage cost of the item, or a refund will be given less the postage costs. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your goods a full refund or an exchange will be given, postage is recorded and therefore we should be able to trace the goods.
