Payment: Our preferred Method of Payment is by Verified PayPal accounts with a Confirmed Address. PayPal is a Secure Gateway for you to make payment using your Credit or Debit Card. Please pay within 3 days of purchase or let us know if there is going to be a delay for any reason.
You are entering into a legally binding contract so please only click Buy It Now or make a bid on our auctions if you intend to purchase. Any purchases not paid for will be reported to eBay and a Unpaid Item warning may be placed on your account.
Delivery: Your parcel will be sent Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class. We ship same day for all orders received before 3pm. This item will be shipped to the address registered with PayPal. It is, therefore, the buyers responsibility to ensure that the shipping address registered with PayPal is complete and correct. In most cases, your purchase will arrive within 5 WORKING DAYS. If the item has not arrived within 7 WORKING DAYS of making payment, please contact us, via the eBay Contact Seller form.
It is the buyers responsibility to check the item and contents immediately on receipt and ensure they are working as designed. Any irregularities, missing parts or faults must be reported to us immediately by email in the first instance.
Large Items: Please be aware of our normal advice for delivery of
large parcels - items that might not fit through a standard letterbox. If you
are expecting a larger parcel, it is highly likely that if no-one was at
home to accept it, the delivery driver will return it to your local Royal Mail
Delivery Office for collection by you. Please note that this is NOT your local
Post Office.
Your postman should leave a card informing you of this. However, in many cases
they do not do this. You will find your parcel is being held for collection for
you. Please visit your local Royal Mail Delivery Office with a form of address
ID, e.g. a utility bill, passport or driving licence.
Royal Mail will retain your parcel for up to 3 weeks before returning it back to us.
We know, because we receive several parcels each week back at our offices with a
red sticker marked 'UNCOLLECTED'!
Lost Parcels: Please note that if it appears your parcel may have
been lost in the post, we are unable to do anything until 15 WORKING DAYS
have elapsed since the date of posting. We are unable to resend or refund for
any lost parcels before this time in order to comply with Royal Mail rules and
regulations. After this mandatory time period has passed we will process a
refund/replacement and submit a Lost Parcel Claim to Royal Mail on your behalf.
Returns Policy: If after receiving the item there is a problem, please email us in the first instance. This will enable us to help you quickly and efficiently. If necessary, we may ask you to return the item to us. In this case, the ENTIRE item must be sent back, including ALL packaging, within 7 days. The buyer must return the item using Royal Mail 2nd Class Post with Recorded Delivery. This will provide you with 'a proof of receipt' and will allow all parties to track the return parcel. Please note the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. In the case of a faulty item, we will replace the item or refund. We can only refund or replace items we actually receive back. Items that have clearly been damaged by the buyer through neglect or mistreatment or by using the item for a purpose for which it is not intended will not be covered by this warranty.
