 Q: Item details
  A: We try our best to give you an honest appraisal of what condition the item is in. We will NEVER over state the condition of the item. If anything, we will always under estimate what that condition is. We strive to give you an honest appraisal so you do not have any disappointments when your merchandise arrives.
 Q: Do you combine shipping on multiple purchases?
  A: Yes we do. We are always happy to combine shipping of multiple purchases. If you make a multiple purchase we will combine the shipping for you and send an invoice. If, by chance, you forget and pay for the merchandise ahead of time, we will refund the discounted amount through your paypal. Either way you are covered.
 Q: How soon will you ship the item
  A: We will ship the item no later than two days after the payment has been made. Timely shipping is important to us as this is the core of our service to you our customers. We will always send an email to you once the item is shipped.
 Q: What is your return policy?
  A: We are interested in your satisfaction. When you receive an item you will know if you are happy or not. If it is not what you wanted then we will be glad to accept a return of the the item. That should occur within 5 days of receipt of the item and it is as simple as letting us know. Just email us and you will find that we are easy to work with
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: By all means YES!!! Just make the purchase and let us do the rest. We will take those items that are combined and calculate what it will take to get to your location. This is the best way to buy as it really cost almost nothing to add items to an existing purchase. We will always refund your paypal account for overpayment on shipping!
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: It depends upon your location. Naturally if you are far away it will take longer that if you live nearby but you can be assured that once we receive payment your order will be processed and shipped ASAP. We have been in the distribution business for almost 15 years and know the importance of timely orders and proper packaging.
 Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
  A: Generally it runs between 43 to 93 cents and is charged only once for multiple purchases. We will ship your item in secure packaging to protect the item during shipping. We understand the importance of packaging to your location in a way that will retain the integrity of the item you purchased.
 Q: Do you ship internationally?
  A: Of course. We are happy to ship anywhere in the world. We live in a world economy and will strive to satisfy our customers from around the world.
 Q: Can I pick up the item to save on shipping?
  A: Yes just let us know and we will work with you.
 Q: Will I have an invoice with the shipment?
  A: Yes we include an invoice with every shipment so you know exactly what you paid and there is a record of your purchase.
 Q: Do you give feedback on each transaction?
  A: Yes we do. We provide feedback as soon as the item has shipped. If there is a problem just let us know. It would be nice to get feedback in return but we don't feel that feedback is conditional. Satisfaction is the most important aspect to our business.
 Q: How quickly do you respond to questions?
  A: We try to respond as quickly as possible. Sometimes we take a holiday and we look for internet cafe's to keep in contact and will at least let you know what is going on. Our goal is to respond to 90% of the questions asked within 2 hours. If there is a specific question to an item that requires a physical inspection it may take a bit longer.
 Q: Do you do this full time?
  A: That's a good question. My full time job is a high school teacher but this has evolved into a full time hobby that I enjoy very much.
 Q: How important is customer satisfaction?
  A: It means everything to us. You are making a purchase essentially from a stranger and we realize that is unconfortable for a lot of people. You have put a trust in us to deliver a product and we will keep that trust to you our customer. If a mistake is made, we will correct the mistake at no expense to you. We hope that you be our customer again
 Q: What method of payment is best?
  A: We prefer paypal because it is so easy to reimburse if problems occur. We will accept money orders and personal checks. If you are paying by personal check we will hold the merchandise until the check clears the bank. That is only fair and we will ship the merchandise as quickly as possible after the check clears.
 Q: How often do you ship?
  A: We ship daily except Sunday. Depending upon payment and time of payment you can expect shipment within 2-3 days. Sometimes there may be a slight delay due to holiday and special occasions. We always send an email to you when the item ships so you can begin to calculate the arrival time to your location.
 Q: Will my item arrive safely?
  A: We have been in international distribution for 15 years and understand the importance of proper packaging. We really over do it when it comes to packaging but to us it is always a better approach than to cut corners.
 Q: Will you be here the next time I look for you? Will you be around?
