| A:For items that are for pick-up by the buyer, cash on collection is accepted. Please note that eBay policy does not allow sellers to accept cash payments sent by post. Cash is sent at the buyers risk. |

| A:Please see the postage details in the item listing. PLEASE REMEMBER that you are paying for postage cost, packing materials, & my time spent carefully packing your purchase, filling in documents, driving to the Post Office & communicating with you. |
| Q:What if I don't like the item? |

| A:PLEASE SEE THE RETURN POLICY FAQ. I do not accept returns on items of used clothing, cosmetics, toiletries or other personal items. Neither do I accept returns on used or unsealed videos, CDs, DVDs or other items which could be copied before return. UK BUYERS - this does not affect your statutory rights under UK Distance Selling Regulations. |

| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:YES, WHERE POSSIBLE. I have a STANDARD RATE FOR MOST SINGLE ITEMS UP TO 100g. Heavy or fragile items may need to be shipped separately. For multiple purchases please wait for an invoice before paying, or ask for a total. |
| Q:Can I pay by cheque/check? |

| A:Yes, I accept cashier's checks & some personal checks from international buyers - please see the International Buyers page in my shop or contact me for more details. UK BUYERS ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO PAY AMOUNTS UNDER £10 BY CHEQUE - it saves on Paypal fees. |

| A:I prefer international payment by Paypal. If you want to use a different payment option please contact me before bidding/buying. I can accept Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, some Personal Cheques/Checks, IBAN transfer, & cash payment. | Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:UK: Usually within 3 DAYS of shipping. No-one in when the postie called & left a card? Collect your package from the Delivery Office within 7 days. INTERNATIONAL: UP TO 14 DAYS (airmail packages). Sometimes it takes longer, e.g. if the package is opened by Customs for examination, or if you live in a remote area. |
| Q:What if my item hasn't arrived? |

| A:LET ME KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE - I can only help you if I know about the problem. UK BUYERS - check Royal Mail website Track&Trace service (Recorded Delivery shipments only) or your local Delivery Office. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - contact me 14 days after shipping date. |
| Q:UK BUYERS: What happens if I don't collect a Recorded Delivery package? |

| A:If there is no-one in when the postie calls a WHILE YOU WERE OUT CARD should be left for you. You must collect your package from your local delivery office within 7 days or the package is returned to me. You must meet the cost of resending the package to you. |
