Shipping
All
items ordered by 3pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched same day by
Royal Mail 1st Class post (UK orders) or by Airmail for
International orders. Larger and 24hr delivery items will be sent by
Interlink Express Courier.
We
can only deliver to the address on your eBay account at the time of
order as our labels and picking lists are generated from within ebay.
Please ensure this address reflects your choice of delivery
location. We are unable to change delivery address details once you
have paid for your order and do not monitor or respond to notes on
paypal payments or on with an ebay order. Any requests or special
instructions must be sent to us in a separate message via ebay. Also
we recommend you have an up to date daytime telephone number on you
account should we need to contact you or forward to the delivery
courier if applicable.
UK
Shipping
The
majority of items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class as standard under
our free shipping option. We also offer upgrades to recorded 1st
class and next working day courier for small surcharges which are
listed on the ebay invoice for you to choose from when paying for
your item. Larger, higher value items and express shipping option
items are delivered by Interlink express courier which will require
signature on delivery. Next day delivery is only guaranteed for
working days, which does not include weekends or national holidays.
All
items ordered by 3pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched same day,
however for non-delivery or delivery status enquiries, please allow
7 working days after paying for your order before contacting us.
Also we advise checking with your local post office collections desk
before declaring non-receipt of an item as often the items are just
waiting to be collected and in some cases a card may not have been
left.
International Shipping
All
items outside of UK are sent by Airmail as standard or for larger
and higher value items by DPD Courier or Parcelforce depending on
the geographical location. All items ordered by 3pm (Monday to
Friday) are dispatched same day, however for non-delivery or
delivery enquiries, please allow 21 working days after paying for
your order before contacting us.
General Terms:

All items are despatched within 1 working day from receipt of
cleared payment - all items ordered by 3pm (Mon-Fri) are shipped
the same day day.

Courier items are shipped on a NEXT WORKING DAY service.

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday 07.00 to 21.00 and may
require signature.

Failed delivery attempts of most services will be carded, then
you must contact the courier to arrange re-delivery or
collection.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries if the courier has
been unable to gain access or a card has not been responded to.

You will receive a despatch notification email when your order
ships and full tracking information will be provided for courier
and signed for deliveries.

We offer any combined shipping discounts for international items
and all courier delivery items – if unsure please contact us
with a list of the items and delivery location so we can confirm
cost with you.

All courier express ‘get it fast’ delivery charges are to
MAINLAND UK ONLY. We regret that there are surcharges that apply
to N.Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and
Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight and any other offshore or
highland location – if unsure please contact us with your
location to confirm the cost. This of course does not apply to
standard free shipping Royal Mail 1st class post
items which we ship anywhere with a UK postcode.
