All items we sell include VAT at the current rate of 20%. We are VAT registered in the UK, no.996843251 and include a VAT invoice receipt with all orders, if you have lost or require a copy please contact us on the above details.

Problem with an order? – We are here to help!

We do our utmost to provide high quality items and a high level of service and speed in dispatching items, but however we are human and from time to time mistakes and problems can occur.

If you have any problem with an item, order, delivery or otherwise, please contact us first before resorting to paypal and ebay claims/cases and leaving negative/neutral feedback. The simplest method is best, let us know the problem so we can fix it for you. We will always respond to your enquiry within 24hrs maximum (in most cases within a few hours) during weekdays Monday to Friday. We are here to help and unlike many sellers on ebay, we will do our best to get any issues sorted out quickly and easily regardless of the circumstances – remember please just contact us first and give us a chance to resolve.
